Do you need to relieve your dry mouth?
1) Sip water or sugarless drinks
2) Avoid irritants such as alcohol, tobacco and caffeine
3) Chew sugar-free gum or suck on sugar-free candy
4) Avoid salty or spicy food
5) Use a humidifier at night
6) Use saliva substitutes
